passthrough problem with Vision Ego, Stardust etc problems

My vision ego cart purchased FROM A VENDOR DOES NOT WORK ON MY PASS THROuGH.
I think the problem lies with the fact that there are too many threads on pass through compared to my genuine joy-tech batteries thus preventing airflow. Any one else have this problem

I have that problem on my Riva batteries, but I use mine with an Ego Booster which eliminates the problem. You can pick up a 510 to Ego adapter for a couple bucks from several vendors which lifts the Stardust up a bit and allows for better airflow. It doesn't look as pretty, but it'll work.
