Passthrough

I just received my first passthrough! It is freaking AMAZING!!!! I absolutely love it!! I'm so excited! I just wanted to share my excitement I have no one in rl that I can share with. It's like vaping with a brand new battery constantly!! And there's no cutoff time! This 6 sec. cutoff gets a little annoying after a while.

One question though...I've read several posts about how passthroughs can (and frequently do) break. Are there any tricks to stop this? Or maybe a few pointers to make them last longer before they break?

What kind of PT did you get? Battery or without? 5V?

No battery. It's just a simple D-1 from LeCig. I have no idea on the voltage.LeCig Electronic Store - D1 USB Pass Thru Kit I checked but there's not much info on the site.

I'm following your thread. Best I can do is 2 weeks to a month on the PTs I get from HG. I like them because they are regulated to 3.7V but a great vape at high amps. They always break at the connection. I took one apart and re-soldered it and it lasted another month. They would probably last forever if the connection could be protected.
