So I had a doge v2 which I absolutely loved based off of the vapor production and the flavor, however, I unfortunately dropped the barrel while dripping and it hit the ground so hard that it dented the stainless steel, rendering it incapable of fitting on the deck properly. I'm now in the market for a new rda and I thought about just buying another doge but I'm not so sure I want to. I've been looking around a bit and I hear that the Patriot is really good for cloud chasing, but I haven't heard much about the flavor. Does anyone have any experience with this RDA and if so, how is the vapor/flavor proudction? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

I've been using the original authentic Patriot for nearly a year and using it on a daily basis. I'm happy enough to not feel the need to upgrade to another model. I did drill out the air holes to 2.0 mm for better airflow. I'm not a cloud chaser, but lean more to the flavor aspect of vaping. IMO, it has plenty of flavor and makes quite satisfactory vapor production. I use a 0.6 ohm dual coil build with 28 gauge kanthal, and use either cotton bacon, Ko Gen Do japanese cotton, or cellucotton (Rayon) for the wick.

I haven't seen the Patriot 2 version to see what improvements they made.

As baditude stated very good flavor and decent cloud production I have 2 patriots both v1 one is a clone the other an original they are very easy to build on as the deck is big and you will need to drill out the air holes as its very restrictive. If your looking for great flavor and easy building its a great topper but if your looking for clouds you may want to look elsewhere.
