Are the cartos steel or do they ae a decal on them?

they are steel... I think they're the XL cartos (They were from amazon, I thought they were the DCT cartos)

It is very close, the only reason I say ish is because it is a mix of 20mg and 18mg to get the flavor, so my best guess is 19mg.

2) Does the Njoy Npro come with just the battery and the charger or do you have the instructions (for a new vaper - although I could probably just explain to them how to work it), but more importantly, does it come with any refill cartridges? And, if you do have refill cartridges, are they tobacco or menthol and what nic strength?
I've never seen a Njoy Npro - can you refill the carts with e-juice?

The njoy npro is just the battery and a charger I don't have any non use cartridges and the rules say no use cartridges. So I did not add the one I had because I used it. I dont have the box it came in so no instructions. I only have what is on the post the charger is a usb charger it has a red light on it when its charging and turns green when its charged. its a auto battery. hope this helps
