Just got off the phone with pay pal their site is down and its bad, according to the operator...He said they could be down for 24 hours...Thats all he would say, but did mention it wasnt a "normal problem" and that it was a BIG problem...

I just got off the phone with them as well and the op told me it would be back up in less than 1 hr. By the time I hung up and walked back inside (cell phone reception better outside) it was BACK UP.
