I wanted to add that PayPal can also hold and/or confiscate money from your PayPal account by violating their TOS. It's more than just closing/locking your account. I myself will cancel any payments that have even the slightest mention of e-cigs, e-liquid, ecf, etc. Not worth the potential trouble.

Not always a violation. Just them even suspecting or being overly suspicious and they confiscate money. I know many people who have had thousands of dollars locked up for months just for doing regular business.
PayPal can rot!

That's good to know, I just ordered from a supplier and paypal, was the only option, the transaction kept on failing. It was a pain ITA I finally figured out that it was the google chrome causing the problem, As a general rule of mine, if the supplier only uses paypal I will buy from someone else. In this case if I wanted the item, I had to use them.

as a buyer you don't have to care.

In general, buying from a store that uses paypal does NOT mean you need a paypal account it will take your CC info like any other transaction service.
I do not agree or nor am i defending paypal but PP is NOT a bank or govt backed agency they are a private money transfer service and they are allowed to set whatever rules they see fit.

so im not seen as a PP fan i quit selling on ebay because of PP's BS.

but givent the choice with all the credit card fraud lately i will gladly give PP my CC info to act as a buffer between me and the vendor.
in most cases overseas sales dont even get sent to the store, almost all my receipts have some other name on them for the order info.

good chance im wrong but i thought i recently saw somewhere on pp's website you no longer need an account to even send money now.

I agree, I am usually pretty happy to use paypal and to date have not had any problems with them. I am concerned about credit card fraud, so I would be very happy to be able to use paypal for my vaping supplies.

There is a paypal Credit card(more debit card really) based upon your pp balance. One can get... would keep another company between you and your bank account if your worried about the fraud stuff going on.

Personally I'm at the point I'd rather Not use PP...just cause there is that risk of being shut down with the ecigs. My income(ok nice chuck) comes in through PP having that tied up would suck.
