If kind of ironic that Paypal, which is own by ebay, won't allow using their service for paying for ecig stuff yet I've seen ecig starter kits on ebay. Sounds like a contradiction in policy to me.

Any e-cigs sold on eBay slipped through the cracks. They don't allow e-cig sales. Cases and coupons yes but no e-cigs or juices.

My brother has been a PayPal subscriber/member for years. He's been using it for his recurring payments and online shopping. He prefers it more than having to fill up credit card info for every purchase, which is unsafe as opposed to just typing your email address and password. I think it's about trust and length of membership. The longer you've been a member, the more likely your orders would be accepted without question. But not many offer PayPal as option for payment.

I am sure we are all smart enough to realise that the pressure on vapers is NOT smoking but TAXES. If stats are correct governments can perform their civic duty and campaign heavly for no smoking as the success rate for quiters using government approved devices is 6-8%. As a business person I can loose 6-8% of my business and survive happily. Vaping has a very negative effect for them though stats that I have seen show a 60-67% success rate (either completely quit or cut down considerably.) If I loose 60% of my revenue I am ......ED. So the pressure will be on to belittle, mis-inform and bully.
There is no doubt in my mind that Paypal's decision has been politically influenced.

From Paypal Australia... I think they are in violation of their own policies. It's a bit ambiguous but I think point 2. is where we get shagged!
2.(a) controlled substances (nicotine)
2.(c) items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (nicotine banned here in Oz to sell or to buy)

Would love your comments... but here it is direct from the horses' mouth so to speak.
