Flagship Merchant Services is fantastic, they sell credit processing through First Data. They are good if you have little/no/bad credit. Monthly fee is pretty low, and it is EASIER to integrate into most sites than paypal is. PLUS automatic deposit of transactions into bank account after two business days.

This is the email i got from them. THey stated they closed this because it is a risk factor to Ebay and Paypal until further notice.

I spoke with their RISK Dept. for a while. they seems to be searching suppliers carrying Liquid. They ask for certain chemicals DEG and that Carcino one. ( wish i remembered it ) NEITHER which i have in my liquid. yet they still closed my account. I sent over my photo ID as requested by them to bring my account to standing again..
Has anyone looked into propay or Google check out? Man what ever happened to "The land of the free". I hope the people here that vote are taking notes, we do have an election coming in 2010.
This particular problem has nothing to do with elections or "the land of the free". You are dealing with a private corporation who has the freedom to do business with whomever it pleases. Bandying about ideas about attacks on your freedom are counterproductive.
Make absolutely sure that the email came from paypal and *NEVER* login to paypal via a link in the email. Type the address directly into your address bar.
When we use to sell on ebay, we would get the same kind of emails from phisers, and if you clicked on the link in the email "to check your acct", it would take you to a site that looked just liked PP, but it was a phisihing site to steal your password.
Of course we were aware of such tactics. If indeed it is from paypal, as I said, login by typing the PP address directly into your browser address bar, including the HTTPS://. Once logged in, you will know if it was from PP or not... (or you can check the header of the email to determine origination.)

You are correct. In fact one could argue that it's too much freedom that allows them to do this. They are a private corporation and TOTALLY FREE to do whatever they wish.

If anyone knows a CC Merchant that can beat 2.09%+.25 per Trans., and monthly statement for 17.95$ let me know! Otherwise i have a great CC merchant other suppliers might be interested in using/ I explained to them what i sell and what Paypal did to me.. they didn't have any issue.
Did not set it up myself, have an "Account Executive" who I work with.
I get .25 + 1.6% and NO contract. This is for an ecommerce account. I have been nothing but happy with their service.
Do you think PP would notice/care if everyone who buys e-cigs and e-cig products cancelled their PP accounts?
That would be to cut off your nose to spite your face. Just use them if, only IF, you must. Use them like they use us.
