I have a PCC and two 510 batteries. I've been using them a few days without a hitch. But tonight while I was out, I noticed that one battery would charge fine (the red light would come on), while the second battery, even though in need of a charge, would not cause the red light to go on. If I held it down manually for awhile, the LED would flash, the red light would glow temporarily, but once I closed the lid, no go...the red light would go out.

I fixed the problem at home by taping a wadded up piece of Kleenex to the top of the battery, thus forcing better contact with the bottom of the PCC. But why would more contact be needed if the other battery continued to charge just fine? Anyone ever have a problem like this and, if so, did you discover a permanent fix that didn't require wads of tissue and tape? I'm a little concerned about doing that, since it might ultimately mean pushing the bottom contact down even further and thus eventually requiring still more thicker wads of Kleenex, even for the battery that works.

I had the same problem. Totally Wicked called me today after I emailed them, and they told me that I had to reboot it. To reboot the PCC, plug the PCC in without a battery. Next, plug a battery into the PCC. Lastly remove the mini USB cable. The problem should be fixed, unless there is actually something wrong internally.

Did this process work? I'm thinking about getting the PCC for my 510

I just got around to trying mine out. And I charged up the case for over 4 hours and disconnected it and put in a Janty battery. The top "A" light goes red as the ecig battery charges and when that goes off the battery is charged. Did that and it worked - seemed to have as full a charge as the wall charger. Put another battery in - non-Janty with LED and the fit wasn't the same - this one a tad shorter - but the A light came on again and it went the cycle and is charged. Put another one in and red light on again.... waiting for that to finish, then will try another, etc. until it doesn't take anymore. Pretty slick, but again, first day. I could see how daniel2828's fix would work though.

I did the clean contact routine first for each - napkin in batt hole to 'wick up' any fluid and then around in the well to clean the threads.
