PCC dead after 3 weeks

I already submitted a ticket...I am just wondering if anyone else has had problems with their PCC.

Mine was fine but now after the case has charged for 8 hours and a battery has been in there "charging" for sometimes 8 hours, the battery only lasts 2 hours?! Any ideas on how I can maybe fix myself?

If the battery is a shorty then that would be about right, but I vape a lot.

Ive heard the PCC doesnt charge as completely as the other chargers,and regular batts only last me a few hours anyway.How long do they last you normally?Do you think it could just be a lesser charge?I dont use a PCC regularly so Im just asking questions,LOL!

Don't really use a Pcc, just keep a lot of batteries with me and charge them when I get home. My friend has one, but she is not a chain vapor like I am and hers seems to work fine

I haven't ordered a PCC yet. But plan too, for power outages. I ordered the Solar Charger everyone recommended,should be here next week. I figure between that and the PCC I should be fine come hurricane season. I like these threads because I learn alot of what to look for and expect on new things to me. Thank you

Out of all of our products, the PCC has the lowest defect rate, usually they are rock solid. In any case, it's most definitely under warranty so you won't have any problems getting it replaced.

My only issue with the pcc Mark sir is the fact I can only store one batt in it. I keep it fully charged as an emergency charger though.

I'm waiting for the xl Pcc that's coming out, then I'll need to get just a few more xl batteries. Any hot pink metallic xl batteries coming our way wader?

Usually one battery will last me at least 8-11 hours depending on how much I vape in a day.

i just got a new PCC and it seems to be working fine. The one I got over a year ago died, so I put it in a drawer, why i don't know but i couldn't throw it away.
I have a Xtra long carry case and the PCC in my purse at all times, just in case....that saying 'paranoia will destroy ya' fits me to a T
