PCC plans/schematics

Okay, I've searched high and low and have yet to find one. I'm on a limited budget and work with big batteries with airsoft. I need a PCC, but cant afford one right now and have a 36 hour train ride coming up with limited power access. Does anyone have plans or schematics for one?

I have phone batteries, an 8.4 600mah and 8.4 5000mah nihm, wire and too much time on my hands... I have a charger for the 8.4 bats, I use them for my airsoft guns, but I have a couple I can use.

With those you would need a voltage regulator and a spare usb battery side charger. What Kit do you have 510 , ego ......??. Going to have to get the 8.4 down to 5 volts for it to work correctly.

Rat shack has a regulator for $1.59+5V Fixed-Voltage Regulator 7805 - RadioShack.com. Also would need to know what the batteries look like. To be able to tap into them

Just throwing this out there, it is for a RN4081, but should work w/ a batt adapter and it is only $5. I have a couple of them. They work, but nothing special. RebelVapor-Drag&Puff E-liquid, Joye510, RiVa, Solar510, PCC's - Products 4)CLEARENCE!! Goodprophets has adapters for $1

I have a 510, if worst comes to worst I can rig a 12v bat pack to use the stock charger, but I want to geek out and make something... lol

stock chargers take a input voltage of 5Volts. Would not be good if you hooked 12 volts to the charger. Still going to have to regulate it.
