I just got my first order in today from V4L. everything was great, but i did have one problem. i ordered the Shorty mini PCC kit and for some reason my USB wire will not pull out at all.(I pulled very hard, any harder and it feels like its going to break) Aren't these suppose to pull out and retract back? or is it suppose to be only like 2 inches long and not pull out at all? Any info would be great.

They aren't the retractable kind. They are kinda short... I use a wall adapter and plug it in on a power strip on my desk since it's so short.

I have read several posts where it was mentioned that the cord on the PCC is only about 2" long. Better not pull on it anymore.
On the bright side, I have seen USB "extension cords" several times in stores, sometimes as low as $1. If you can pick up one of those, it will make it much easier to use.
