One thing I want to do on this forum is help answer our user's technical questions. And I'm not satisfied to just wait for you guys to ask them, I'm going to take them from whatever source I find and crosspost them here. If one person asks me a question by e-mail, there are probably a dozen more with the same question who did not speak up.

Today, for example I was forwarded this excellent, yet simple, question, about our PCCs:

"How do you know when the pack is charged, and when the e cig battery is charged? Thanks"

That's actually a really good question, because as simple as the indicators are, if you don't know how to read them, they really don't mean much at all to you.

The PCC has two LED indicators.

The one on the left, near the USB connector, is for the PCC battery. It will be red while the PCC battery is charging, and will turn green when the PCC battery is full.

The one on the right, nearest the e-cig battery connector, is for the e-cig battery. It will be red when the e-cig battery is charging, and will go out when the e-cig battery is fully charged.

It's pretty simple, but only when you know. ;)
