I got it at walmart...

Thanks....I guess I will be making a trip there sometime this week. I was hoping it was a crafts store though because you can't walk out with a new tablet/computer/TV in a crafts store! I'll just bring $10 cash I guess lol

So I'm back form my excursion to SBS. When I got there, the smallest box they had was 500 ft!! 500ft? I hope my wife likes this stuff. Maybe it will keep her out of my Koh Gen Do and Shiseido!

I immediately went to work re-wicking the Tug Boat (28g duals @ 0.8) and attached it to the Turtle Ship. ( gave it a quick hot water rinse and blow dry first) I am glad I left it a wee bit damp as rolling it dry is a little bit different than cotton. (when dry it seemed slippery and to take for ever but, got better with a lick of the fingers)

I wicked up with a little Wakonda/ Doodle blend at let it rip. O.K I'm sold!! Great flavor and vapor production right off the bat. The heat was put to it with a fresh Sony VTC5. The flavors are very clean and I pulled it down until the wick was almost dry with no bad flavor or burnt hit.

I am now comfortable with the fact that I may have enough wicking materials to last until the time comes to take the dirt nap! :?:

Moving on to the next project of rebuilding a handful of Kanger heads only now, I'll not only be using P&C but, Cellucotton as well! :)

Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?

Would you say this is better than the Koh Gen Do? I only ask because I went from using 100% cotton, to Organic cotton, to Koh Gen Do (waiting for it to come back in stock at Sephora) to possibly this instead. Since I saw that you used the KGD, I was wondering what you thought of a comparison. I also really don't want to have to boil it, and that's why I liked the KGD the best so far.

Thanks in advance!

I would have to say the jury is still out. I would like to spend a little more time with it before making that determination. Both produce nice clean flavors. I am intrigued by the fact that when I pulled it down, I got no adverse flavors or burnt hits. I don't think I would boil the CC though as I would imagine, it would end up a mess.

Koh Gen Do is still my go to however but, as of right now, I am highly impressed!

( P.S I don't know if the rinsing was necessary but I gave it a shot anyway)

I've never boiled anything. With KGD it was a teensy bit of flavor from the wick, with cellocotton nothing but juice and as was said no burnt wick even when you try. If you stay with KGD you will be very happy so no need to run out and get some. Now you just know it's there if you want it! :) (And FYI please don't boil the KGD as it will become a pan full of fluff and be useless...)

I didn't boil anything I've tried...........just saw it mentioned above and don't want to add that to the mix. I only have 2 KGD pads left, but that will last a good long time......just wanting to know what others thought when I go to buy it again. ;-)

I haven't used KGD yet (waiting for it to come back in stock) but the difference between cotton balls and cellucotton is amazing - ease of build, taste (yes, it's better), vapor, and most of all NO DRY HITS whatsoever (I'm the Queen of Dry Hits), and everything stayed the same up until it was time to refill.

I'm currently finishing my second tank on the same wick. Since I want to change flavors, I'll keep vaping until there is nothing left. It's already past the point where a cotton wick would have started tasting weird. So far, it's still tasting super clean.

So unless KGD is magical, I'm sold on cellucotton. And since I also have enough to go around the whole building, I'm rather happy it turned out so well :)

The Peaches and Creme cotton yarn was the first one I used after switching from ekowool and silica. I liked the yarn but after going w/ cotton balls, the ball of yarn I have left over is just sitting there.

Also, anyone have any experience w/ the Shiseido facial cotton. I heard it's supposed to be better than regular cotton as it holds more liquid along w/ enhancing the flavor of your juice and is the same as that Ko Gen Do organic cotton.

And I also have a bunch (at least 10 or so ft) of ekowool I am no longer using.
