I picked up a penny here in the classies at ECF, and with the bottom O ring in, I can't get enough adjustment to get it to fire on my mechanicals. It will only fire on my Provari, and I can barely get any of the post to stick out. Any ideas?
How many Wraps do you have around the Positive post with your NR Wire? It may be a simple as decreasing the wraps so that the nut that secures it moves up further towards the ceramic housing, and is your Oring pushed all the way up touching the nut holding the NR wire?
A few possible suggestions I do hope they help

Darth is right WN. You can also put a thinner o-ring under the center post. You have a 3x2 o-ring or a 1,78x1,78 now, so you can put a 3x1,5 and you will be ok
I'm only doing one wrap around the post Devon, and the O ring is pushed all the way up. The O ring I have looks pretty thick (3x2 I'm guessing), so I'll try to source a thinner O ring. Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it.

Sounds like you have everything set up correctly then, definitely try the smaller O Ring, I know places like Home Depot and Lowe's carry a fair amount of O rings for a good starting point. Let us know how that works and if it doesn't I am sure we can help get it all worked out and working properly for you on your Mechanical mods somehow
Yeah, I lurked around here, and watched a few videos on how to set it up before messing with it. I have some food safe O rings on the way, but I'll probably hit up Lowes on the way home anyway, just to see what they've got. If not, I may have some silicone ones in the RC stuff. I will say I absolutely love my Penny, and I'm glad I bought it, awesome little device for sure. Thanks again Devon.
