It seems like the tank not being wide enough will be a problem for everyone. My tank arrived today and looks fantastic, but should I even bother trying the tank? I use thick juices.

Well, what's the harm. If it works your psyched and if it doesn't work to the best at least you'll get to see the lady naked. It's like the old swatch watch. I'm sure Kir will make it right. Mine is operating at 70 % right now before not wicking. I fiddle and then it's good again. Have fun with it.

The quick fix for the air bubble issue, for me at least, is every few drags I close the flavor control all the way and then reopen it. This forces the air up away from the wick.

I went ahead and installed the Kir tank and added my favorite juice (65pg/35vg) and the tank looks spectacular! Unfortunately, after a few minutes of vaping there was a large air bubble below the juice control cylinder. After about 5 minutes of vaping, there was no juice left below the juice control cylinder. Here's a pic after a few minutes of vaping...

Now I see what the problem is with my threading problem. I looked at the threads on the top of the clear tube under a magnifying glass and they are all scratched up and it's not from trying to screw the top cap on because I never forced it. I put some Noalox on the threads but that didn't help. The top cap still will only screw half way down.

Got mine a few days ago. One for Ody (32mm) and one for Penny. Both clear. Threads are fine. Having problems as others but mostly on the Penny though it is somewhat noticeable on the Ody.

The tolerance between the tank's inner wall and the juice control cap is too close and there is not enough room for the juice to flow freely and properly. Yes the occasional closing and opening of the juice control does alleviate the issue temporarily. It gives it a little burp and juice will then flow down for a bit but then the problem returns. I am sure that this issue will be addressed soon and all who are having problems will be happy.

This is also happening with mine. Being a long time UFS user, I tried the old stand-by of slightly loosening the top cap (maybe a quarter of a turn) then re-tightening. Doing that releases any pressure or vacuum inside and allows the juice to get between the inside of the clear and the outside of the JC. It's not perfect, but until there are replacements it's an acceptable work around. BTW, I'm using AVE juice @ 100% VG, absolutely the thickest e-liquid ever.

Cypresss, I loosened the cap as well, but the problem remains that it will not feed. As soon as the cap is reinstalled it floods my drip well, once i get the penelope dried out, theres no juice at the coil and it wont feed and the process starts over. I just removed the tank and replaced the stock tank. I will just wait for a fix from Kir instead of meddling with this one and losing my precious juice.
