Penelope juice control problem

When I make new setup juice control works as smooth as possible.
After vaping for an hour or so juice control is so hard to turn that I have to use peace of rubber for a grip just to turn it a bit.
I have already cleaned all of the threads and lubed with liquid all of the o-rings.
When i unscrew the top cap, juice control work smooth again.
Is some pressure inside the Penelope doing this?
Does anyone else have the same problem?

refilling cap doesnt need too much force S1. Screw it until you see that o-ring made a nice seal, not more. O-ring is fat and if you screw hard the cap then it grabs hard the mouthpiece and make it turn more difficult
