I have a suspicion that Penelope was conceived from the form of the Ody's drip mode. Just looking at the drip mode inspires the thought of a new design. Sorry just thinking out loud.

exactly that steve. But even if I tried hard to make Penelope work like Ody I didnt manage to do it. I know what is wrong (I think) so I will try a different ceramic design this time. Its my last try to make Penelope like Ody. If I dont manage to do that then I will go with the next design that I have in my mind.

So I'm guessing new ceramic will be something in between iAtty and Ody ceramic. Anyone else hoping for + and - posts encased in the ceramic to prevent shorts? Also removes need for twisting R and NR wires.

soon I will make wires with the NR wire attached on the R wire. I will make different wires in ohms so all people will be satisfied. Those new wires will eliminate the twisting issue rw. They will be very cheap too

Pairing the Non and the resistant is a part of the ritual of building the new wick........it is a pain at first but becomes easier .... well IMO ....LOL..but the first time I attempted the pairing....sheeeesh8-o

i do it in a clever way rw. I dont use any kind of melted metal to connect them. I only use high temperature to melt the wires together. So there is no risk at all for our health. The connection will look very small too
