URGENT! Pennsylvania is considering a tax on e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco in connection with the 2015 budget. It is imperative that vapers and harm reduction advocates in Pennsylvania express immediate opposition.

PA's budget has been enacted and signed by the Governor.

So the potential threat of an e-cig tax in PA won't occur until next year's budget process (that begins at the end of January), and that probably won't occur then unless Tom Wolf defeats Gov. Tom Corbett in November (Wolf is now ahead in the polls) and/or if the Democrats take control of the PA Senate in November (which is unlikely, but possible).
