Percentage of users of stick/disposables vs. refillables/mods?

The city I live in just put a moratorium on vape stores while allowing sales of stick-battery ecigs everywhere. Anyone ever see any estimates on the numbers of uses for both types? I would love to point out to the city that their moratorium in effect discriminates against people like me while allowing gas stations to profit from the sales of Blu ecigs. Thanks!

most vapors start out on ecigs like blu's but,then move on to more advanced options.

i would contact your appropriate city official and ask why evil big tobacco gets to profit
on something they think is so harmful.

tell them even the children thy are trying to protect can see through this one.
