You'll find different answers.

I personally prefer The Flavor Apprentice (The Perfumers Apprentice has spawned off a new brand that specifically deals with flavorings, so vapers know that it's specifically flavor-focused) over FlavourArt. FA all had a displeasing undertone to them.

TFA is also cheaper in just about every place I've seen.

Flavor art has better mixes in my honest opinion BUT I say BUT,,, I do agree with what Kevin says too some of the undertones to some only some of the flavor arts flavors but you could and will get that with any flavoring company as well, Linda over at PA is a very nice gal to work with and I have also purchased some wonderful flavorings from her too, What I have found is this =
I have purchased the same flavorings from both to test which I liked better or which made a better juice and have found that each company has there strengths and weaknesses with flavor art being the overall better, but don't count PA out for sure, what I also have found is flavor arts flavoring to be a little stronger, more condensed, so I have used them in mixing my liquids and have done things like added my flavor art flavoring and then a splash of extra using PA's to get it where I want it, bottom line is both are good companies to have on your Rolodex and Anna at FA is a nice gal who will help you out if you have questions on how to make something and Linda will also go over and beyond to help you if you have questions as well, keep em both, use them both, it's always good to keep all your eggs in two baskets.!!

I much prefer the The Flavor Apprentice (Perfumers Apprentice) - Of course it depends on the flavor. I have found FlavorArts fruit flavors to be extremely lacking (I cannot even taste them at 50% flavoring) - but I have heard their Tobacco flavors are the best and very strong; but since I have started vaping I have no desire to taste tobacco.

I've just recently started and I went with TPA. I have not noticed any perfume/chemical taste with the flavors I have used so far and have actually made some good brews now.

Question for anyone/everyone.... Why do people recommend One Stop DIY shop to purchase FA flavorings? Every time I go to look at the FA's selections they are VERY limited. Mostly just tobacco flavorings. Today is the most choices I have ever seen listed on that site.

I've found that the supplier I'm using depends on the particular flavor. My DIY kit has flavors from all of the various suppliers. A good place to look for more info on flavors is NikHil's thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/74109-guide-diy-flavoring.html - Overall, though, I would say that FlavorArt has the best and most consistent flavors.

It seems that with FlavorArts Perique Black I'm using 12% flavor. My top pick for FA's tobacco flavors, with Latakia as my second favorite.

I like both but wanted to say that the difference in price may be attributed to the fact that FA is much more condensed so it takes much less than the PA flavors. I have found that both taste better to me after steeping. FA flavors do not have much taste until they steep for awhile because they are so condensed. Good luck with your DIY.

FA flavors can be mixed at 1-5%
PA flavors are usually 10-20% depending on your taste.
