Oh no. I really didn't want to get into technical complicated sounding ingredients, but it looks like I might have to now.
Thata girl :) ..But hey, be careful, this stuff is potent - The Dekang tobacco recipe calls for acetylpyrazine 1.5%, tetramethylpyrazine 1.5%, acetylpyradine 0.2%, trimethylpyrazine 0.3%, vanillin 2.5%, ethyl maltol 1%, menthol 1%, malic acid 3%, and one or two other ingredients that she doesn't carry, but this should get close to a basic China style tobacco juice.
The malic acid sounds interesting, perhaps this gives it some bite.

I just made a batch of it. it seems like a sharp spicy chemical taste if that makes sense lol. I'm going to keep playing with this one though. I think it may make a good base flavor. so far I live the TA Alc at 20% and just a few drops of peanut butter.
lex, sharp and spicy sounds good. I don't much care for TA though, does this new tobacco flavor resemble in any way a 555, RY4, Camel, etc?

Oh cool, where did you find the Dekang ingredients at?

I'm not fond of the TA that I've tried, either. It always has this licoricey note that I don't like. Sharp and spicy is more my thing, too.

Impressive, how did you find that out? I know she has most of those ingredients, and can probably easily get the others. The only confusing part is the acetyl pyradine, ethanol at 10%. It doesn't really say how much of each.
Several sites have test certificates available for view, which list what was found in liquid X.

No need to re-invent the wheel. I have 555 and RY4 flavours coming from HC and will post my findings after I receive them. If they are on the money, I just went to heaven :)

Oh yeah, please do report. I'm curious if those are any good or not!

I'm seeing references on the net that this formula was at some point quoted by Dekang on all of their juice bottles regardless of flavor. One reference to this is in the following thread on this forum early this year: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ion/59927-putting-ry4-flavour-debate-bed.html

Looks like RY4 is still refusing to lay down and close its eyes.

i don't know about all their juices having the same ingredients. i know the ry4 was spot on for having the popcorny, plumy, etc flavors. i looked up each one on google to get what the chemical was to put what they taste like on there.

i just ordered some PA flavors. I should have gotten maple. @ 2.5% maybe that's the missing ingredient in my home brew mixes? I know Taboo is more of a maple flavored Ry4. .. next time! Linda's plum is really strong.. really strong, but a small drop brings out the tobacco flavor of ry4 in my mixes. that was one missing ingredient for sure.

Why not reinvent the wheel? I'd much prefer to mix my own than get bottles of the ever changing Ry4 through vendors and china. Ry4 is like 555 and the flavor can vary widely from vendor to vendor .. even shipment to shipment.

Any updates on the new tobacco flavor from PA that was referenced in post 3? I purchased some a few weeks back and can't get a handle on it. Not an obvious tobacco taste like the tobacco absolute blend, and a bit of a perfume/chemical aftertaste.

To be honest, most of my DIY has been less than impressive, and I was hoping someone else has had some success with this that I could try on my own.
