Some people have allergic reactions to it

If you aren't allergic now, you shouldn't have an allergic reaction to it cause its in a lot of things

Most juices are PG based, although I believe there is now one that is PEG based. In the UK there is only one available that is VG which is EcuPure. In the US there is Johnsons Creek and Ecupure, that I am aware of.

Yes you can cut any juice with VG and add LorAnn flavourings, I do it all the time, but be aware that it can make juices quite thick, if this happens simply add a bit of distilled water, or, as some people do, Vodka, as its pure. That stops it sticking to the atomiser and clogging up your e-cig.
