Pg/vg??????

Can someone explain the advantages/disadvantages of pg/vg based juices? What would be the advantage a pg based juice compared to a vg based one? What about mixing the two? I have read alot about the 80%pg/20%vg mix seems to be pretty popular?

My favorite base mix is 70 PG - 30 VG.

VG is more sweet and produces more vapor, PG have a "neutral" sweet and produces a "normal" amount of vapor.

VG is more dense, and at higher percentages required slightly diluted.

My experience, 70 30 is grate. Exelent balance between taste and vapor.

PG is going to give you a strong TH. VG is going to add a bit of sweetness and give you more vapor. I usually go with a mix that's no more than 60% PG, but I'm not much for a strong TH.

I've been sticking with a 20% pg / 80% vg mix. Flavors are pg-based, basically. I enjoy it, but I don't like much TH at all. The smoother the better. Pain in the ... to get it into a syringe is the only real downside.

I chose 100% VG for a couple reasons. It's supposed to be easier on stomachs and less likely to cause allergic reactions. Also, less sore throats and dry mouth. It's working good so far and Im on Day 6

If I vape 100% pg juices for a while I get throat irritation and cough. VG is great for vapor, but the taste of the flavoring is weaker. 50/50 is the big winner on the poll here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/polls/99025-what-pv-vg-ratio-do-you-like-best.html
