I can't say which one to go for, cause it's all up to preference. I started with 100% vg - got ALOT of dry hits (vg super thick, worse in winter). My shopkeep offered me a trial bottle of 50/50 and I love it! Nice throat hit, still lots of vapor and no more dry hits! But, that's just me. Something else might work better for you.

It all seems to be personal preference, but a buddy of mine seemed to have problems with pure PG - he came out in hives, and blamed that on the ecig.

I tried pure PG, and pure VG, and I can't say that I like either. 80/20 pg/vg works decent, but I've found that in my limited experience that 60/40 pg/vg is my butter zone.

Start with mostly PG and see how it works for you. Most of the bigger brand best-sellers are mostly PG. In my experience, PG does not enhance nicotine delivery but it does carry flavor better than VG. As a result, the higher the PG percentage the less flavoring is usually required. Many flavors work differently with PG than they do with VG.

Some vapers claim that high percentage VG juice is heavy in their lungs. You will find all kinds of subjective reasons for why some people prefer VG or PG or some ratio between the two. All are subjective evaluations. What you like is best for you.

What I use in written in my signature.

Like this advice the best in this thread ... thanks!

hi, hmm, well from what I research and vape, its 60/40 for me. Gotta have the good throat hit and flavor, but the vape cloud is also important (VG)..by the way, nicotine is not all that addictive, so the nicotine is really making the TH stronger, we no longer are really addicted to nic. it's the vape and flavor that satisfys us. Go to wikipedia and research nicotine, very interesting! /see you around on the best forum out there.! what a friendly neighborhood eh?

Tried 100% VG early and found it really is just too thick to feed properly. For the cartos in and out of tanks I've used, the clearos too, I seem to need at least 50/50 to get it to feed properly. Also, although initially I was hoping to avoid PG I found there's more of an accepted history of PG use in things like inhalers going back decades than there is about the safety of VG for such uses so I came to focus on what fed best. I like about a 65PG/35VG currently.
