It is just the % of each. PG is very fluid and carries flavor. VG thick and makes clouds. Most used to think 50% of each was ideal. Half of vapers seem to have adverse reactions to too much of either. I'd suggest 50/50...
Thank you for explaining that.

The percentages also vary with the type of equipment you're using and if it can handle higher VG juices. VG doesn't wick as quickly. tanks made to handle sub ohm builds should handle 70% VG or higher. Tanks like the Aspire Nautilus or and Protanks work better with 50/50 blends. High VG juices are most commonly used in dripping atomizers. Good luck and vape on.

They say pg carries the flavor.

I've only found 1 place that sells VG based flavors and have yet to try them. My favorite store bought juice is said to use VG flavoring as it's a 90 VG juice. My understanding is that if the flavoring is VG, it doesn't really change the taste of the juice. This is what my taste buds are telling me. One on One Flavors is where I found the VG based flavoring.

I rock a 70 / 30 or an 80 / 20 as I've developed a slight irritation to PG. It irritates my throat if the PG level is any higher than 30%. 40% is bearable in small doses whereas 50% will take me out of the vaping game for a few hours to a day if I vape it excessively or in combination with certain builds (wick / wire configurations will either exacerbate the issue or make it less noticeable).

Basically, VG is for cloud and PG is for throat hit.
Also, VG makes the juice thicker (more difficult to wick on a tank) and PG generally gives better flavor.

Some people is allergy to PG but there are people like me finding VG more irritating than PG (my throat feel very uncomfortable when vaping a high VG% juice)....

I suggest you order both high VG (70% VG or higher ) and some normal (50% VG) with same nicotine level to find out what you prefer.

Yes i have a few close by. Needless to say I've become a very good customer lol

Just saying , you can maybe try the higher VG blends at the shop to see if it's for you or not before you buy, they should have a pretty good selection of different PG/VG ratio juices.

Also, find out what the house blend is, for their juices. That would be a good indicator of what you may want to decide on.
