I use 100% vg as well but thin mine out with water. For 30ml I use 2ml water, 1.5ml worth of flavorings, and the rest nic/vg. It comes out pretty thin and is easy on coils. I feel dehydrated with pg and it bothers my throat after awhile. Never cared to throat hit myself. So vg for smooth as can be vape for me.

I like 75% PG and up, even up to 100% PG, because too much VG (anything over 30%) makes me completely unable to breathe. Mostly I stick to about 75% to 80% PG, but I find that I'm ordering a lot of juices at 100% PG if I have the option, because I like to mix juices, and some of the ones I like to mix are very high VG, some even 95%-100% VG, and I just can't tolerate it.

Not to put a dampener on your coils...but VG is SUGAR... and it is responsible for coil gunk. Glycerin or Glucerol or as we call it Vegetable Glycerin or VG is a Simple Sugar Alcohol or Polyol. By thinning it with distilled water or Saline Or Ethyl Alcohol i,e. ethanol, one can help diminish the rate of coil guckiness...but it doesn't eliminate it entirely.
