Yes you have the supplies to do that and what NIC you have left over you can freeze. If your going to pre mix your base you can freeze that as well if your not concerned about freezer space. If space is a concern then just freeze the NIC and refridgerate the PG/VG. Never freeze a base that you've added flavoring to. Flavoring does not hold up well when frozen.

If your unsure how to mix down the NIC to 12mg then get the e-juice me up calculator and use that to make your calculations. Also keep in mind that if you pre-mix your base any flavoring your going to use in the mix also counts towards the final base mg concentration (Most flavoring concentrations are 1ml flavor and 9mls PG and treated as 100% PG). So you need to figure that in.

I average in 10% flavoring and compensate that amount in my pre-mixed base.

For more useful information:

Read my blogs before getting started

then read hoosier's blogs.

then read the stickies at the top of the page.

this will explain a lot of the how's and why's.

U reckon it will just be easier to just mix it in wen I'm doing a mix ? And also can you

Freeze - refreeze -freeze -refreeze the nic over and over ?

It's a personal choice. There's nothing wrong with pre-mixing your base. I do it and find it speeds the process when making test samples. Some complain it's not very accurate but I find it works quite well for me. When I mix my large batches of ADV's I always mix my base fresh but test batches I premix just to speed up the process.

As far as freeze-re-freeze-freeze there is a downside to it because when you do that air gets into the bottle which can oxidize NIC fast and the thawing process can allow water condensation to build up in the bottle which is not good for NIC either. What I do is rebottle my nic (I buy it by the liter) into 120ml bottles and once removed from the freezer it becomes my working NIC that I then store in a cool dark draw and use it for my every day mixing.

You can but it keeps better for a longer time in the freezer. If you intend to use it within the year refridgeration is fine but be aware of my constant opening and closing the bottle warning. If your going to constantly be opening and closing the bottle it's best to just keep it in a draw or closet.
