I just read a post from
Phairoh
I have has the same exact experience. I have Google it many times and finally found
Phairoh's post.

If you look up the persons post about lack of focus and motivation due to vaping you will understand this post.

I work at very fast pace and at a high level of concentration. I started to vape and really enjoyed not smoking. It was great... until the lack of focus, anxiety, and inability to do my job.... then I got really sick due to my walls around my crumbling.

Once I got better I knew it was all due to vaping. This is my story and how it really happened.

While I was on a hospital bed I asked my self how could this of happened. My body .... down and it was all sue to stress, but nothing had happened in life to create this stress, no deaths, no change..

So I thought more about and realized the only change was the vaping.

Then I thought how... luckily my brother is a PhD in Nero science and molecular biology, no joke. Growing up around him I learned a thing or two, the main thing... our brain cells are lined with fatty tissue aka oil... are you with me so far.. it gets better, also I have had some of my ex gf always trying new diet drugs, and there was one that grouped fatty foods in oil in your stomach so you did not absorb the food and sorry to say "pooped it out".

So that was it!!!! The oil is somehow getting in the way of my Nero pathways and also affecting my ability to intake vitamins.

So this is what I did very simular to
Phairoh, I bought a pack a cigarettes and vitamins. With in 2-4 days I was back to my old self.

I was thinking I was losing my mind and going crazy. I was scared, then I could not think because I was scared, could not focus and anxious.

Now it's been about 4-5 months of smoking and I got a new vape as I want to quit vaping, I got a really cool kanger Dropbox 160. I love it,it's awesome. I started using it last night and I like to take big hits and create massive clouds and I use 6mg juice as I smoke reds.. then today working on some training docs, it happened.......

I was alone in my head and was thinking, what am I doing right now, where was i, how am I lost in my own thoughts?

What does this mean, I guess vaping is not for me. I have to say I have been off my vitamins since I have been mentally strong, so after I am done I am about to go grab a pack of this cool vitamin powder I put into my 64oz wide mouth thermos I got to intake my vitamins.

I will vape tomorrow and see how it goes, I want to keep an open mind as I do not drink,no thc, nothing. Vaping was my fun thing to do, bit I will not sacrifice my mind for vaping.

Stay tuned. I will be back to update tomorrow.

Going to vitamins now.

Giving the benefit of the doubt, here I go...

From what I can gather, it sounds to me like you're trying to say you think vaping might be making your brain and your digestive system oily, impeding your brain function and your ability to digest vitamins. Assuming I've got that right, it seems to me that these adverse effects came on rather quickly, and then after the initial episode you began smoking again for a period of 4-5 months, and then decided to give vaping another chance and are suffering some adverse effects again.

If all that is correct, my best guess is you may be suffering withdrawal from cigarettes? There's more than just nicotine in those things, they're absolutely loaded with all kinds of garbage that could do god knows what to your body/mind when you suddenly take it away. Speaking from personal experience, my transition from smoking to vaping took place immediately. Maybe that's not entirely true, my memory is a little bit hazy on the matter because there was a lot going on at the time, but at one point I was faced with no choice, I had to quit smoking, period. I may have vaped a little bit before I was faced with that situation, but if I did, it was only with a little MarkTen device. That was a bit of a long story but the point is that, speaking from experience, I don't feel as if I had suffered any withdrawal from cigarettes. Even a MarkTen was enough for me, but, I had only been a smoker for a few short years before that change.

I've also heard stories about vapers lowering their nicotine levels down to nothing, or next to nothing, without adverse effects. For some, even taking huge drops wasn't an issue (i.e. moving from 24mg to 12mg). I think a bigger part of the addiction is the smoking part. We just get used to smoking while idly sitting at the computer, watching tv, getting a break at work, driving, etc... it's not the cigarettes, or the nicotine, it's the act of smoking we become addicted to.

Maybe somebody can help you more, but long story short in my opinion I believe it's most likely the other garbage in cigarettes you're missing, this isn't some strange side effect of vaping. Your body can and will become physically addicted to things once you introduce them, and withdrawal will happen if you remove it. I haven't gone through that, so unfortunately I can't help you there, but it could well be the initial shock of not smoking cigarettes (and associated garbage in them) anymore that's putting you through this. I hope that's all it is, and I hope you can find a way to overcome it.

If I'm understand correctly, you were vaping 6mg from a 160W mod (at whatever wattage) while smoking full flavored cigarettes?

I'm thinking more like nic sick....

Lots of new vapers don't understand how easy it is to overdo it on the nicotine.

I can weigh in on that a bit. 12mg Space Jam Eclipse would give me a bit of a nicotine rush at 20w in my Nautilus. It even does so if I smoke too much from even an eGo setup (albeit, a good one). Now I still use 12mg in my Vivi Nova, but I buy 6mg Space Jam Eclipse for my Nautilus (which is used exclusively for that juice). Lower nic is supposed to have better flavor anyways...

Right, I mean, my point was mostly that adding cigarettes on top of vaping is only likely to end poorly in terms of overdoing it. Everyone is different, of course. I can barely vape higher than 3mg these days, even at a reasonable wattage. 6mg is not crazy high and just because OP has a 160W doesn't mean they're using it at 160W... but again, I was mostly commenting on the fact that plenty of us got sick in the beginning from vaping too much on its own, let alone vaping while smoking.

I think we're basically saying the same thing; I'm just expounding :)

Having your walls crumble around you is a common side effect of vaping. You just have to get accustomed to it. I used to call structural engineers when this happened, but they would always look at me funny and shake their heads. Same thing would happen at hospitals. I too have a denminding jobe poofreading for a neuwspaupr and sumptoms the strees gets Toomey.

Lol, I mist address everyone in my response for sure, or at the least the ones that stood out to me.

Phairoh was a person who wrote a post that I believe we were having the same side effects and I wanted to speak to her/him more.

As for the large text, this happened when I copied Phairoh name in the reply and since it was my first post was not aware of the large abnormal size of the text.

As for the side effects of withdrawl, this could be it, but I did smoke 1x cigarette today only, and maybe that is what did it. Maybe too much nicotine.

When I used to smoke green stuff I used to smoke a lot. I am all or nothing kind of person, been 100% clean for 5 years and cigarettes were my last vice, my last serha per say so I smoked more than ever when I quit everything, I drank too being a dj most my life.

Isn't vg a type of oil, I imagine this like when you eat something that is greasy and then you can't taste anything because your mouth is covered in oil, once ate at a horrible Mexican restaurant in big bear ca and this is the way it was. Tasted first 2 bites and then it was tasteless, I imagine the same thing happens in my stomach as the vg coats my stomach because I hit my vape hard and sometimes get a drop or two in my mouth, tried using the splash guard, didn't help.

After I got sick I did go and get a full blood work just in case as I am 36 and getting to the point where my body is changing. I got a 100% a okay, they said I had low vitamin D which I guess is the new thing.

When I vape I like to hit a few times really hard. I go from 60-90 watts of 6mg juice.

As for a structural egineer, they were able to factor the dead load but where not accounting for the wind or snow load, hens the walls caved in.

To all I appreciate your feedback, input, care, and suggestions along with the respectful humor. I dig...

I did not expect to see anything on this post and here you all are! Awesome sauce. I am buying about 20 different flavors right nit from vape mall all different vgpg but all at 3mg as I too think it's the nicotine.

But I still think the vg or pg messes with the mind and digestion, I just need to find the balance of exercise, diet, vape, and vitamins.

Thx all, you rock.

Vape on!!! :-○○○○○¤jelly fish
