Not really.
I've got a 50 watt istick that doesn't always fire when I push the button.
I have an anodized aluminum cherry bomber that will hit soft + hotswitch if the button post doesn't make proper contact in the barrel.
I have a praxis clone that will hit soft from the carburization buildup on the switch after a few days of vaping at a fifth of an ohm.
All three are "misfires" so without description, the term is a bit useless for figuring out what is actually going on.

I used a small flathead screwdriver to pry off the panel. Once the panel is off you need to scape the contact block and the contact on the switch, I also used a flathead to scape the contacts. The panel is in there really tight. I kindof scratched up mine doing it but it works perfectly now.

This is what one of the people at VaporzCloud told me in an email
"What you need to do is get the back plate off first so you can see the where the firing switch is inside the mod. You will have to drill a hole to the right of the CCI logo and up just a little bit. Do not drill to close to the edge of the plate. After that take something that will fit into the hole to pry off the plate. Once you get the plate off all you need to do is take a small file or a small flathead screw driver and just scrape the inside of the of the firing switch. What is happening is the switch that makes contact with the actual 510 block to make it fire is getting build up on it. Just make sure that you do not have batteries in your mod when you do this."
