Thought I would stop in and let all know where I am with the switch fix. I have got all of the parts that make up the switches made and will have to go to my machinist tomorrow to have him drill my switch housings as the drill press I own is as bad as the first switch I designed. I will make more of a effort in the future to stay on top of communicating with you all as I have had my head into my tail trying to come up with a reliable switch and have seemed to drop out of sight while I was an should have stayed in touch with forum members. Please accept my sincerest apologies for not doing what was necessary in order to try to do right by you all. It has also been brought to my attention that some of you have sent me some email at jerry@acmepvs.com and they were not received at that account so if you need to email me please use jerry69nolan@gmail.com until I figure out why that those emails never got to me.

Hi all, received a call from Jerry yesterday and in the above posts he has stated what the current status of the Phantom is. In the course of his button fix 3 of the mods were damaged and he is waiting for parts to fix them. Jerry offered to give me his prototype until my mod would be finished but I did not have the heart to take it from him hearing the attachment he had for it since it was what started his making of the phantom.

Good day all. Got a couple of the Phantom-J's shipped today. Going to ship 2 more tomorrow. Ordered some more 510 connectors because when I had to tear them down to put in my improved switch, I tore some gaskets. Seems par for me on this course. Well any way got the bugs out and hope it will go smoother from here on out.
You guys hold out, Jerry is a good man. It takes courage to admit a flaw and integrity to fix the problem before sending it out. I am patiently waiting on mine and am sure that it will be nothing but quality.
Good morning fellow vapors. Got a few loose ends of something I have opened up that I am closing today. I will be shipping a couple more Phantom-J's out today and then will ship the rest when my new 510 connectors come in. They are some thin isolators that come with them and seem to be made to be assembled one time only.
Just another note to all who ordered a Phantom-J from me, as I have had problem after problem with getting these things out I will be refunding 15 percent of the purchase price to all who pre-ordered one 30 days after you receive your Phantom-J as I am truly sorry for the delay with shipping them to you. I hope that you enjoy them when you get them. I should have the new 510 connectors tomorrow so I can replace the gaskets I tore while I was rebuilding the switches. Man there was a deep learning curve as to assembling multiple units.
I hope my 510 connectors will be here from madvapes today....I also want to tell all to have a vape day!
Thank you Col. Gaunt as I stated to you and all who would listen, I am here to stay and build a better mod for all. I am thankful for your info and understanding. The first people who ordered from me and have had the patience and have granted me some room to correct my mistakes I will forever hold dear. I really love this group of people and this thing means so much more to me than most would know.
I believe in you jerry! I think that we are going to be seeing some good things coming from you for our vaping community.

and I feel that people have a right to know exactly what is going on!!You would think that his first obligation would be to take care of the people who have already paid in advance for one of the mods before shipping any of them off to a vendor for sale!!
I know of at least one person who has already asked for a refund because they got tired of waiting around and listening to all of the excuses he keeps making...

You are right spacekitty, Jerry has not post on his thread for a while. I hope that he is okay. Has anyone received their phantom J's yet?
Not one excuse, failed switch, deaths, mom in hospital multiple issues. The vendor also paid for his before any one did. I will get my life on track when my mom gets out of the hospital and be a dad to my 10 year old son who has barely seen his dad for weeks over all of my EXCUSES.
Hey, I got my Phantom today, it looks great, feels wonderful and is one SOLID PV 
I can relate to the issues, there's always a rocky start to things and it doesn't help with the personal problems compounding issues. I hope your mom gets better
