Is this a side effect of VG? Doesn't happen with PG for me.

From what I hear, yes it is. I use 100% VG but I don't inhale very often so I haven't experienced this.

Every time I've tried something with more than 30% VG I've gotten a stuffed-op nose. I'm afraid I have no idea what causes this, though.

Yes, it's a side effect of VG. Only thing that help is lots of water.

I can say YES! I use mostly VG & it's a definite side-effect I've learned to live with.
