My first sign is a slight headache which usually subsides shortly after a glass of water. Mostly I judge by urine color. It's fairly difficult to get overly dehydrated while drinking so much water but the slight symptoms are there.

Mine is headache and fatigue mostly but the other day I drank like gallon or more of water and I felt fine the next day and continued to drink water

I dont understand. Fuzion vapor puts or used to put b12 and other things in there juice. There is a whole thread dedicated to DIYing spices into juice. There is a few threads dedicated too adding menthol crystals in juice. Im sure there is many threads mentioning harmful custard flavored juice. E juice flavorings have many chemicals in them and we talk about those all day here. Vaping in general isn't proved to be safe and there is a whole forum dedicated to it. Not trying to start an argument with you and I appreciate the heads up. Just kinda baffled by all these weird rules here.

I live along the Coast of Florida where it is currently hot and humid. Plus I vape about 8+ml per day so I am always watching my hydration levels. I drink coffee in the morning, but the rest of the day I drink water and Gatorade. With the Gatorade I drink about 12-16oz per day. Anymore than that and it becomes too sweet tasting to me.

Another advantage of drinking Gatorade that I have found, it typically clears my palate so that I can taste more flavor in my juices!!

YMMV

I am one of those people who seem to always have an extremely dry mouth. It's been over 3 months since I stared vaping and gave up cigarettes and it's not getting too much better. I was hoping I'd get used to it. But I'm thinking that anyone who has high blood pressure or heart disease would be much better off with one of the juice drinks you shared. And I'm sure that their Dr and/or Cardiologist would be happier if the juice drinks were used instead of Gatorade type drinks which are loaded with sodium. I know my Drs would have a fit if I replaced my water with drinks that had all that sodium in them. Thanks for the info MotherNatural. I'll give some of those a try.

I drank 1 liter of water today and feel ok. Could be better. I added a bit of lemon juice. I think I have other issues though with anxiety also. I got one of those 1 liter Gatorade bottles and I fill it all the way up and make sure I drink the whole thing. It's easier that way for me cause the laziness of filling up a glass of water that I don't even wanna drink is an issue.

Definitely try some 100% VG juice. PG causes my mucus membranes (mouth, nose, and throat) to dry out.
