The world's largest nongovernmental cigarette seller tells The Associated Press it has bought a non-tobacco, aerosol nicotine-delivery system developed by Jed Rose. He's the director of the Center for Nicotine and Smoking Cessation Research at Duke University. Terms were not disclosed.
