hi there, i'm heading out to Manila tomorrow and heard there's a brand of PV's that are supposed better than Provaris. is this true? what's the name of the company? thanks.

I am told the Eshots PV's made and used in the Phillipines is a good system, but I don't know how they stack up against the Provari point for point. Run a google search and you'll find them. 
"Better" is a relative term and very much personal preference.
For instance I love my Philippines made NZonic, from Madz Modz and think it is hands down better than a Provari... FOR ME.
See, I am only interested in mechanical mods, I have no interest in any VV or VW device. Provari simply can't do what I want my mods to do... Super Low Resistance.
There may be a VV/VW mod from the Philippines that fits what you describe.... I am honestly stunned at the number of mods form the Philippines that most people outside of the area have never seen or heard of....
Seems to be a pretty deep rabbit hole, should you choose to go down it.
