It has gotten around there are an alarming number of fraudulent orders being placed from the Philippines. This is true. It is also very sad, and very pathetic, but also very common.
I have also gotten a considerable number of requests from numerous people, to give out the information on those individuals placing those fraudulent orders.
For the record. If this were personal wrong done to me, perhaps a different kind of "justice" would be in order, however, I am the owner of a business, and as a business I am being expected to uphold a degree of ethics in order to maintain my reputation as a business.
Part of those ethics include protecting sensitive customer information. At no time will Tasty Vapor every give out customer information under any circumstance unless we are under court order to do so.
A sick part of me would LOVE to give this information out and hopefully see a news page of some fraud e-cig shop in the Philippines that got fire-bombed. This is a small part of me and not the largest part of my character. As a representative of a BUSINESS, my choice is simple and that is to employ measures to make it harder for our company to be the victim of thieves here and abroad.
Please stop asking me for these customer's information. Despite my wants for personal justice, the answer is still a business "NO".
