I think they should do a tax on e cigs but it needs to be a small tax. tax free is part of the beauty of e cigs. they dont need to tax the **** out of e cigs. thats not right. it is called an excise tax or sin tax. you have to pay taxes because you are "sinning". When you use e cigs you arent hurting yourself so the tax on them would be bull****
