Ok, my dog loving Phiniac friends, any guesses as to what breed/s this pup might be?

I had to put down one of my dogs last week and I'm seriously considering adopting this wee one. Someone just tossed her out of a car because they didn't want her.

Hey Kath, Definitely has some beagle in him. Sorry about your dog. I've had to do that twice so I know how hard it is. :(

Thanks, it took me a while to realize I was trying to keep him alive for me, and that I wasn't being fair to him, but I know I did the right thing. I just miss him a bunch. Little guy lasted longer than my first marriage, lol. I'm glad we still have Sally, I think being dogless would just about kill me.

We did with our rotty, and I swore I would not do that ever again. It wasn't until the day we drove to the vet to put him down that I realized I had waited far to long :( The two dogs that followed him each had to put down at 3 years old.

Did you decide to get the puppy?

loving my new tank, but i'm having a lot of trouble filling it, it seems to have a crazier death grip than my other two phiniacs. any tips to get these to slide better?

Check and make sure that the inner o-ring is not damaged and is in there correctly. If it looks good send Chris an email (info@phiniac.com). It could be you got a bad cap. It doesn't happen often, but now and again when does come from the machine shop that just wasn't machined right and in a bad of 1,000 caps there is really now way to catch it when it does happen.

If my tank was ready, or even doable... I would get one or two of those cup holders in the same order... :(

Don't look at me, I didn't make them!

I haven't had time to work on it this weekend, I actually took the entire day off yesterday and did not work :) but I should have something for you by tomorrow evening one way or the other.

You may not have made them, but you posted them... (only to torture me) :p

No, it got adopted before I could get back to it. So, that particular puppy was not meant to be mine. I've put word out that we are casually looking, the dog will find me when it's time. But with Sally being 15, I think it would be wise to consider sooner rather than later.

We have always gotten our next dog before it was time to say goodbye to our current dog. I don't know if it actually does make a difference, but I have always felt that the older dog passes something onto the puppy (hopefully good behavior of nothing else) and helps us welcome the puppy to the family.

I just wanted to drop by and sing my praises to Phiniac once again. If anyone out there is in doubt of the quality of these tanks or the customer service of this company let me assure you; you would be a fool not to turn to Phiniac for your Pyrex tank needs! These are great -and I can't stress that enough- GREAT carto tanks, but where Phiniac really shines is with their customer service. They do custom logos, and they do a damn good job doing it. Moorea has been just so attentive assisting both myself and my girlfriend in assuring that the custom logos we wanted where the best they could possible be. Anyone who knows me could tell you that I am very .... in my perfectionism and the folks at Phiniac not only met but surpassed my standards. You can not go wrong dealing with this company, and the prices of their products are more then worth the items and the service I have come to expect from Phiniac.

Just in case I haven't made my point: if your on the fence, get off it and buy Phiniac!

Not at all, it's the very least I can do. Since we're on the subject, I have recent taken the dive into video reviews and intent to do one on Phiniac tanks, if you could point me in the direction of where you would like to see that posted I would be happy to do so, just note that I have many products I wish to review and I'm a little slow out of the gate, but sooner or later it will turn up.
