And we're off. The ball started rolling on my next custom order. :D

Your timing was perfect, you made your request on the day he received the tanks! Some people make the request when he is midway through a batch or worse yet when he has just started one but is far enough in he can't accomodate the request, so they have to wait for the current batch to be finished and then wait to two to three weeks for their batch to be finished. I think your timing has been the best yet! You picked the perfect time.

Greetings,
I was trolling around the forums a few days ago and I ran across a thread that had these beautiful tanks in it. I was intrigued by just how gorgeous they are, and quickly I found myself at the Phiniac homepage. I was stunned at the huge selection, and different styles to choose from. I then spent hours trying to decide what to order, it was much harder than I thought. I finally decided on two colored tanks with designs an ordered them. I am so excited that I found your site, and that I did place an order. Your products are artwork and if they are half as good as the reviews say, I will delighted beyond belief.

I am sorry if I am rambling, but I just wanted to let you know on how beautiful your products look, and how excited I am to have your tanks attached to my APV.

Thank you and have a great day :)

Yea. You'll love them. I've got two, one of them fully custom. A third in design stage right now.

It says my package was delivered, but it wasn't here. I am sick over this!

I have double checked the address, double checked the box, and nada. I am going to leave a note on the box begging for its safe delivery. Who else could use it?

ETA: Just had a thought, is there any way it could have been sent to the billing address? If so, I can go check my box tomorrow. Hopefully on of my neighbors got it and will do the nice thing (like I always do) and walk it down the block to me.
UPDATE I called the post office, and there is a little more to this. You see, I did get a box yesterday. For my neighbor, which I went over to their house and was hoping it was a simple exchange. They checked their mail, and nope. So this morning I was mulling it over and decided wait a minute, that is 2 mistakenly delivered packages, not just mine. So I called my post office and explained the misdelivery. They were nice, and said the regular carrier is on vacation and it was a substitute. They said they will send someone out to check the boxes to see if they can find it. At least that is SOMETHING. Cross your fingers!!!!

RESOLUTION!! The post office sent someone out, and they just rang my door bell and handed me my package. It was indeed in someone else's box, who apparently had not checked their mail!!!! OH HAPPY DAY! It is just beautiful, I am SO excited!

Another "Now I get it" moment, akin to when I first fired my Provari. Just beautiful!

If you send us an email to info@phiniac.com we can confirm the address it was sent to.

We have a similar problem with mail being delivered to the wrong places and so far we have gotten the important stuff back.

We have also had a few customers who have had their packages lost and so far the USPS has found them all, so hopefully they will find your to.

Please keep us informed, we want to make sure your package arrives safely.

Lookie what I got:

I bought one of the textured tanks and ss caps from sedge that he was selling in the classifieds because his wife is no longer vaping due to pregnancy. It's gorgeous. So of course I had to order a new BP with chrome caps to match my new tank. And then I needed a new trippy to match.

Sorry for the crappy cell pic.

I think I've figured out who was buying all your tanks that you could never put a forum name to. :D

I wrote in my post above, but just wanted to make sure you knew, THE USPS SENT SOMEONE OUT AND THEY FOUND IT IN SOMEONE ELSE'S BOX. And presented it to me at my door. I am SO excited!

It is a piece of art, truly! :D :hubba:

Awesome! I've really got to start talking badly about the USPS... they really have been great with packages we have shipped as far as delivery time and problem resolution!

Use it in good health!

New trippy and bp... very cool! Congrats.

Please make sure you watch the SS cap video.

sedge sent them attached to the tank so there is no way I'm taking them off the tank and putting them back on. :D

One thing I have noticed with the SS caps, the cartos are a tighter fit on them than the black caps. I'm having trouble getting them to slide in and out as easy. I'm thinking it will get easier the more I use the tank and get it broken in.

Are you using one of the tank tools? I don't have the SS ends (though I dream of replacing all mine, they are gorgeous!), but I know the tank tool makes a world of difference for me on the regular ones.

kat, I am using the tool. I also have one of the "Slap yo moma" tool too and the same with that tool too. This is the first tank with SS caps that I have. All the rest of my Phinnys have the black caps.

Wow, that is a tight fit! I haven't tried the Slap yo moma, but usually that tool tip does it for me (lol, I'm kinda evangelical about that thing) Well, you know your juice won't leak! :)

The SS caps and the delrin caps are machined to the exact same specs, so if it is tighter it is not the SS caps. I would more likely point to the o-rings. Could be possible there were slight variances from one batch of o-rings to the next and these just need a little wearing in. But generally speaking there should be no difference at all between the SS and the delrin caps.
