Amazon.com: Melatonin 5mg Time Release - 100 - Tablet: Health & Personal Care

I would recommend the time release otherwise you may wake up 2 - 4 hrs after taking it and can't get back to sleep. That's what happened to me until I started taking the TR. I think Walgreen's carries it.

Cool, Walgreens is only about a mile away from me. If I can't find what she gave me this morning I'll run over there tomorrow and get that. Will I be able to function with the baby when I wake up in the morning after taking it?

Walgreen's will probably have the regular Melatonin but I doubt they will have the TR but hopefully they will.

 You shouldn't be that groggy! One time I took it before I went to bed and when it kicked in I couldn't walk straight so be sure you and your baby are in bed before taking it. ;)

Hey moo, I've never fiddled with the ceramic cups before. Do they last ya fer awhile?

I have not personally moved over to full time rba use, I just don't have the time to fiddle and I frustrate very easily. So for the time being I am still sticking cartos... quick easy and I know how to use them! However, I have some customers who have made one last a long while (they report they are still on their first) and other customers who buy them in bulk expecting to break them.

tmcase can answer your question better as she has done more fiddling with them then I have.

my diverv2 left MISSOULA, MT 59801 on the 11th and it's not showing any more movement. :(

We have a handful of packages I noticed today that were shipped on the 10th and stopped in Missoula on the 11th. It could be due to weather delays that FedEx is experiencing. I have recently learned that the USPS sends many of their packages on FedEx plains. We are going to keep an eye on these packages and call the Post Office on Monday if they are not delivered tomorrow.

I figured it was weather related. LOL, stupid weather can't make up it's mind.

I am sure if they do not make it tomorrow, when we call the USPS, they will blame it on the weather. But some of the packages that say they left Missoula on the 11th are heading to California. While we have had pretty crappy weather here, that is the norm and I am unaware of any weather between us and California that would stop a package like that.

I have however stopped checking the weather news. Last week and the week before we had lows in the negative 20's and 30's and a pretty nasty blizzard on January 30th, but that never makes the news :( The east coast gets a few inches of snow or below freezing weather and it is national news!!!! Nothing ever closes here, which is funny because when it is negative 30 cars won't start but your still expected to get your kids to school.

Shoot if we get just a dusting of snow the store shelves are bare and they call out the national guard.
Oh, good news is that I received my BB today and boy I just love it. I saved up for months hoping to get one and I did on my first try.

That is awesome! Hope the east coast weather didn't hold up it's delivery to much.

Yup, it is crazy what has been going on over there on the east side of the country. I have a website customer who is based out of Tennessee and they seem to be closed more often then open lately. And my oldest friend (time known not a senior citizen just yet) lives in Georgia and she is telling me stories about people being stuck in their car on the highways for 20+ hours and everything closing because it MIGHT snow the next day.

I was born and raised in NY, a little up sate from NYC, I remember some wintery weather, but don't remember such craziness surrounding it!
