Hi Yatesy you can squirt water
through a few times by removing all the silicon top pieces and using a syringe and a drip tip.
Alternatively, you can take out both silicon pieces and remove the metal centre column, it comes out nice and easy. Once you've done that you can run water/alcohol
through it and let it dry.
The best solution I have found for cleaning any atty/carto/etc.. is a mix of 25%PG 25%VG and 50% Isopropyl alcohol. It gets rid of residual
juice and any crud nice and easy.
I usually squirt water through and then soak in the above solution for a couple of hours, if not overnight. Then rinse with water and allow to dry.
As long as you haven't burnt or damaged anything prior to cleaning, it brings them up as good as new.
