Phoenix Clone Dual Coil. Anybody Else Try It?

I know it's only meant to be a single coil but unlike the original Phoenix which has the posts offset from center the clone has them centered so I thought why not have a coil on each side of the poles. I gave it a try and it worked but I had my wires wrapped too tight and was getting too much spitting of the ejuice. Haven't tried it again with better wound wires but was wondering if anyone has tried it with great success.

I do have my Phoenix clone with a single coil at present and am quite happy with it though when this coil gives out I will be trying the dual once again.

Yes, I've had great results making duals. Only 1 negative thing, the farthest coil from the air flow tends to gunk up faster. It sure makes great vapor though.

Yup, was a go-to for a while. My setup was different though, both coils on the same side. Probably one of the easiest builds to manage,
