dude, and sb aint gonna explode when taking a hit with a protected battery, period. plus when i bought the sb awhile ago, everyone was saying dont use unprotected bats in mods.

Sorry lost my composure there for a minute and ran with it. In all seriousness, no, you will not burst into flames. You might ruin your battery, you might even burn your hand if you're unlucky...but with a protected AW that's unlikely.

Good luck, get some IMR's and a multimeter...and keep the SB. Screw VV, using RBA's on VV devices is a pain in the @$$, especially if you get into Genesis systems.

In all honesty being safe is better than thinking your safe, just be cautious and always expect the worse.
