I just ordered the phoenix from you after seeing a video posted by steeljan and was SO excited to find them in my mailbox today! Apparently I missed where it described the 808 connection and now I have a box of phoenixs that I can't use. I'm soooo disappointed

Make a ticket on their website and tell them what happened... I suspect they can fix you up as long as you can mail them back

Mad--make an order for a 510 to 808 connection...that will fix you up with those and they are always good to have...

that is if you have a 510 battery...if you have an 808 and should have ordered the 808 but ordered the 510 you can get a 808/510 adapter (at this same wonderful and awesome website)...

I have 2 kgo's and a new ego-c twist. I'm assuming I needed the 808 but accidentally ordered 510 phoenix. So what kind of adapter do I need specifically? I want to make sure I don't make another error

OOPS! got that backwards...I GOT an 808 but apparently need 510

what you have there is a 510 to 808, so yes the carto will match that, this means you have a 510 battery and just want to convert it with the adapter to use the 808 version, you can also use these cartos on 808 batteries.

is there any reason your simply not using 510 phoenix with your 510 batt

it was a mistake and I never noticed the distinction on the website
I've ordered another box of 510's and an adapter for the mistaken one's. BUT now that I'm looking at my order I see I've ordered a higher ohm phoenix than originally *SIGH*
