That was unnerving... Karen makes a post with pictures... I'm looking at the pictures and can't help but notice some rather meaty hooks holding some REOs.. And all I can think is "how in the world can she make REO covers with those"...

Then I saw the shout-out to Vapolith.

My world is right-side-up again.

I could be wrong, but it appears the Grand is Silver Anodized and the Mini is Tumbled Raw Aluminum.

Both are Silver Anodized. (They are some of my SA collection) The Mini 14500, on right, is from the very first run Robert did of Silver Anodized. Note the milling on outside, side. Not many done by that miller. Grand came months later. The almost exact same color anodized coats looked different depending on who Robert used to do the anodizing. I have several "purple" anodized, all virtually the same "purple." They all look very different when you get them all together. There are other factors, of course, like lighting, bare surface of aluminum, r.e., how and who did the tumbling or whether polished before anodizing.

Great pic, but, that's NOT a Mini! LOL!!! It is a Woodvil 18490!

This is a Mini Woodvil, uses a 14500 battery.

And the Mini Woodvil next to a Woodvil 18490.

Dang, if it were any smaller I wouldn't be able to find it :)

I edited my post to keep it real :). Thanks Karen :)
