I have both, Goblin minii V2 is good, but obsolete since v3 came out, it's much better!
I prefer the avocado24 over the Gm v2, but I prefer the Gm V3 even more.
NOTHING is obsolete as long as it meets your needs. I am vaping on the old style kayfun lite plus, and it meets my needs.

I have had a bunch of the latest Whiz bang. I loved some of them Goblin Mini, Silverplay Nano but a big number of them Aqua V3
kayfun Mini V3
Lemo V2
Bachelor Nano
Serpent Mini
Bellus

Those were disasters looking for a place to happen.

If i could get spare parts for the Silverplay Nano that is all i would ever use.

Loved the flavor and the way it worked i can get spare parts for the old old Kayfun lite plus, and the flavor is almost as good as the GMINI so that is what i use.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree, if there is a product that is good, and you are fine with it, doesn't mean it isn't obsolete. I could be fine with my older video card, but if I can get a much better one for the same price it has become obsolete.
It 's the same with the goblins, goblin mini V2 is fine, and sure if your happy with it continue to use it.
But if I can get a better product (goblin v3) for the same price, it has become obsolete. Why would you buy a lesser product??

That doesn't mean older products are worse (as in your example, sure the Kayfun can give you a better experience than newer stuff), but if there are other products that give you a better experience for a same price point...you get the drift....and this is the case for the goblin v2 vs the v3.
So yes products can become obsolete, even in vaping land
