Just a stab in the dark here, but I'd be willing to bet Middleton Cigar Company cares....

I'd even bet they care enough to sue anyone using the Black & Mild name on any product, let alone one that intends to mimic the flavor and experience of a Black & Mild.

oh btw just got my order, and wow the mailer smelled so good!! (ordered van-carm coffee, pom pom breeze,pina colada and twisted) They have all be mighty fine right out of the mailer, just dripping them at the moment, twisted is pretty good, but my atty is crap and gunky, so I might let it steep for a dayish while I get my atty clean and new. BTW, best vapor production on the 50/50 so far

I agree with you on that, but nobody said anything about using that name on a product, they just described a flavor. It was like they were afraid to even say the name, that's what I thought was funny.

OKAY, so i like twisted ALOT, like yeah it's gooooood. Last night I got to thinking that a good addition to the sampler pack idea and off twister is to have the twisted sister (or cousins) pack. 1 more is a twisted vanilla, the same yummy taste but with some vanilla or creme taste. Then for another tropic twister. Me personally I would be stoaked to have a vanilla twister HINT HINT.

Awesome! I'm glad your loving it! I am actually in the process of working on a Brick and Mortar, so I have put the experimenting on hold for a short bit (except for the Dandy Sandie ) ill keep you guys posted!
