take off the atty, press the fire button until it shows no atomizer then remount the atty. This should work if the resistance is significantly different to its previous reading.
OK, I figured that. The resistance is just very close. In fact, it's the same coil (SS). I just was wondering if that message was forcible.

you could put a different atty on, fire, then try again with the original! Its like the DNA40 as far as this is concerned...bit of a pain to be honest..

I figured out something.

Unlock the resistance with the tank attached.
Detach the tank. Fire the mod.
Attach the tank, but don't lock the resistance.
First, fire it a couple times for a split second.

Then, lock the resistance and it will lock the resistance you saw when you reattached the tank and not lock the old resistance of what it was before you detached the tank (basically, it'll lock the new detected resistance).

Sometimes, that will even prompt the "new coil up same down" message.
