Ok folks I have joined the GP family with my newly arrived PAPS X #1095. Definitely a keeper. Hadn't had a chance to take her apart but I will. I only have 18350 batts right now that are dedicated to another mod. The X will be an ongoing project for a few months. I will be getting some 490/500 and 650 batteries. Then I will need to make a decision on a topper. I really want to keep it GP so it will probably be a Heron.

GP Heron with a custom cut glass tank. I use the SS tank that is made for it the majority of the time but sometimes it's nice to mix things up.

Heron # 1 on PAPS 2.1 (I think) with polished 18500 tube
Heron # 2 on PAPS 2.5 with 18500 lux-tube.
Spheroid # 1 on piccolo 3. 0
Spheroid # 2 on - ups, nothing!

As you can see I lack a Piccolo for the second Spheroid, it will probably be a Piccolo v.4 - when I can afford it!
So far I am extremely pleased and I expect to continue to be so.
