From what others have stated, they both perform very good the V3 was just re-designed for venting since the venting was gone off of the V3 tubes. Also, I believe the V3 switch has reverse locking where as the 2.5 didn't. I could be wrong since I don't have a 2.5 switch but I can definitely see how some would like the clean look of the 2.5 switch. I personally love how the V3 switch is designed.

I do have GBB22 Mini LE incoming in a week or two. I am really hoping the titanium nitride coating matches the Lux tube, although I have a feeling I will be disappointed. Time will tell.

The LUX looks like it would be a much brighter color but it may look nice together once the patina gets darker.
I also think going hybrid mode won't be a good idea for looks. The SS top cap should help break up any color mismatch...
Path, you need to pick up a polished X ring for a flush look.

Lol you should! Its a great atty! Its tied for first for my most used atty. The Heron being the only thing I own that can rival it.
